If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we'll give you a full refund if you ship your item back to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Returns must come back in the same condition as we sent it out, including all original packaging and accessories. We DO NOT accept returns on print music, software, computer interface devices, flutes or harmonicas.
SHIPPING DETAILS: Many items over $300 automatically qualify for free UPS Ground shipping! This includes most guitars and basses, but does not include most keyboards or PA equipment. Look for the free shipping icon to see which items qualify. In addition, if your order total is over $300 and under 30 pounds we may also be able to give you free UPS Ground shipping. If your order qualifies, we will remove the shipping charges when your order is processed and email you with an adjusted total. On all orders, your credit card will not be charged until your items are ready to ship. Orders for in-stock items placed before 1:00 P.M Mountain time, Monday thru Friday should be shipped same day. Orders received after 2:00pm Friday or on weekends should be shipped the following Monday, with the exception of holidays.
