Return Authorization Request
You may apply for a Return Authorization in one of two ways:
1. Call our store at 303-443-8448 or toll free 877-259-9510 Monday through Friday 10:00am-7:00pm MST
2. E-mail us at onlinesales@robbsbouldermusic.com with your name, order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return or any comments or questions that can help speed up the RA process.
Please note that RA requests can only be processed Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 6:00pm. RA Requests received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. This will not affect the return process as the submission date (not the processing date) will be used.
